Short answer

Restoman's summary shows sales, orders, average ticket and kitchen time for the period you choose (today, the week, the month or all time), each compared with the period before, plus sales by hour or by day and the five best sellers. You can filter it by location and export it to a spreadsheet.

Why keep your sales in view

Knowing how the night went shouldn't mean closing out the register and adding things up by hand. Since orders already come through Restoman paid, the numbers are current whenever you want to look.

  1. 01 Always up to date Every paid order counts right away: no waiting for closing time to see how the day is going.
  2. 02 Compared with before Today against the same weekday last week, the week against the 7 days before, the month against the 30 before.
  3. 03 Each location on its own With more than one location, pick one or look at them all together.

02

What it shows

At the top you pick the period: "Today", "Week", "Month" or "All time". Below it, four numbers, a chart and the best sellers.

  1. 01 Sales and orders What customers ordered, minus discounts and without tips, which belong to the team; and how many paid orders came in.
  2. 02 Average ticket What each order spent on average over the period.
  3. 03 Kitchen time From when the order was paid, or its ticket printed if it was scheduled, until it was marked "Ready".
  4. 04 By hour and best sellers Which hours sold today (or which days and months over longer periods), and the five products that sold most.

03

A spreadsheet for the accountant

"Export" downloads a CSV with one row per paid order in the period, ready to open in Excel or send to whoever keeps the books.

  1. 01 One row per order Date and time, location, number, customer, item count, subtotal, discount, tip, total, status and payment method.
  2. 02 The way Excel expects it In English it's comma-separated with decimal points; in Spanish, semicolons and decimal commas, as Excel set up for Argentina expects.
  3. 03 Up to a year Each spreadsheet covers up to a year. Canceled orders show up with their status.
