Restoman
About

Restaurant software, made in Buenos Aires.

Restoman is one system for the whole restaurant: the QR menu, orders and payments with Mercado Pago, the counter, the kitchen and the business's numbers. We build it so service runs on its own and you can see how it's going.

What we do

Your guests open the menu on their phone, order and pay with Mercado Pago. The order reaches the counter and the kitchen at the same moment, and the guest sees on their phone when it's ready.

On the other side, your team builds the menu, marks what's sold out, sets the hours, prints the tables' QR codes and follows each order from a browser on a computer or a tablet. And you see sales, kitchen times and best sellers, by day and by location.

How we think about it

Four ideas behind every screen:

  • Paid first, then cooked: an order reaches the kitchen only once Mercado Pago has approved the payment.
  • The money is the restaurant's: every payment goes straight into its own Mercado Pago account. Restoman never touches or holds it.
  • Everyone sees their part: owners, managers, cashiers, kitchen staff and waiters sign in as themselves, with permissions by role and by location, and every change is in the business's activity log.
  • No special hardware: a browser is enough. Guests use their own phone and install nothing.

Who we work with

We work closely with each restaurant: we load the menu with its photos and prices, set up the tables and QR codes and stay with the team for the first days. Bibi's, in Palermo, already takes its takeaway orders with Restoman.

What we build comes from what we see on the floor and in the kitchen. If something doesn't work for you as it is, we want to hear about it.

Open to your tools

The Guide explains every screen and is public, in Spanish and English. AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can read it and query it through its MCP server, and this site is served in markdown for them.

Where we are

We're from Buenos Aires and work with restaurants in Argentina. Restoman's servers are in São Paulo, Brazil, close to your guests.

Try it with your menu. We'll show you how your restaurant would run.
