Team and shifts
Who works, what they can do and when they're on
You invite each person by email, with their roles and the locations they work at, and everyone sees and does only their part. From the same dashboard you plan each location's week of shifts.
Shifts
Bibi's (demo) · Palermo · week of Oct 26 to Nov 1
Short answer
In Restoman everyone signs in with their own email and holds one or more roles (Owner, Admin, Accountant, Manager, Cashier, Kitchen, Waiter or Staff, or a custom role of your own) at the locations you assign. Shifts are planned per location and per week, and Restoman flags a person who would end up with two shifts at the same time. Every change is recorded in the business's activity log.

Everyone with their role and their locations
Nobody shares a password: each person signs in with their email and a code. What they see and what they can do comes from their roles and the locations they work at.
02
Custom roles, with clear rules
For a job no role covers, like a bartender, you create a custom role and check its permissions. A few things always stay with the owner.
03
Each location's week of shifts
In "Shifts", each row is a person and each column a day, Monday to Sunday, with today highlighted. The owner, admins and the manager plan them; the location's team can see them.
