Short answer
In Restoman every picked-up order can be rated once, within 14 days, from the order on the phone of whoever placed it: 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment. In the dashboard's "Reviews" you see the location's average, filter the ones still waiting for a reply or the 1 and 2 star ones, and reply to each. They don't appear on the menu or anywhere public.

01
Why private reviews
A guest who had a bad night usually says nothing and doesn't come back. A review that only reaches the restaurant is a way to find out, with the order in front of you, and to answer that person directly.
02
How the guest rates
Once the order shows as picked up, the order page on the guest's phone offers to rate it.
03
How you use them in the dashboard
"Reviews" sits in the LOCATION part of the sidebar, per location. At the top, the average stars and how many reviews it has.
